We weren't staring at it.
We just happened to be near it.

It's grown so big that it's hard to ignore at this point.

Yes, it does stand out a lot more now. I use it as a landmark now whenever I come to the lake.

Yeah, I get what you guys mean, but...

(I probably shouldn't press these two about how they might be feeling some sort of attachment to it now...)
