We don't have a big enough cast to make it happen. We're already shorthanded as it is in terms of cast members compared to similar parks.

Partnering with Riley Entertainment will mean we'll need a bigger cast. Should we start putting out “help wanted” ads?

No, we'll need to be more tactful about this. Any new cast members we hire will need to be trained, which is a burden the veteran cast members will have to carry.

We may need to rethink how we train new hires. Can you try discussing this with HR, Shosuke...?

I'm on it. The veteran cast members, show performers and creative staff should find solace in knowing that their lives aren't about to be turned on their heads.
